Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will be charged 100% of the service total.
If we need to make any adjustments to your service after completion, please contact me within one week of when the appointment was completed. Requests made after one week may be subject to additional charges.
I do not offer refunds but always offer adjustments/ fixes!
